Some I liked are :

• Limitations of scientific method in what is best for us / our body ! Biological systems (e.g. animals) are able to identify / recognize through their senses what is naturally available and suits them the best. It seems humans have found and are trying further to find ways to fool their own systems/ senses and business models propogate any idea that sells !
• Reproducibility of results is inbuilt as characteristics of class of entities but each entity is still unique and so is each human being.
• Fasting is an established technique in Ayurveda/ nature cure to cleanse the body and it can go from skipping meals to water fasting for days/ weeks. Some incurable diseases can also get cured if done in proper supervision. In the past at IITD, Dr Sharma and Ran Singh Arya used to conduct such camps and still do it elsewhere.
• Local fruits / veges etc. may be the best and one need not depend on exotic items to maintain good health.
• Apple may be a good fruit but not sure for plains / coastal areas and also if we need it every day.
• Life seems to have much bigger purpose and health can be defined keeping that in mind through identification of particular activities.
Sanjeev
Sanjeevhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05927823215456405480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3471512950513366765.post-28630999035423320802018-06-18T12:28:41.685+05:302018-06-18T12:28:41.685+05:30Beautifully crafted words. Though both things are complimentary, but for second aspect was more motivating then the first to read it.
